Home  /  Production

One campus, three chemistries

41,000 m² of integrated production — polyester polyols, plasticizers and thermoplastic polyurethane on the same site as the laboratories.

Process

From feedstock to released batch.

Because synthesis, compounding and testing sit together, a recipe change is validated in days rather than shipping cycles.

Arrange a plant visit

Feedstock intake

Raw materials received, sampled and released by the quality lab before they reach a reactor.

Esterification

Polyester polyols and plasticizers are built under controlled temperature and vacuum profiles.

Polymerisation

TPU is reacted, extruded and pelletised on a continuous line.

Compounding

Additive packages, stabilisers and colour are dosed to the grade recipe.

Quality release

Every batch is tested against the TDS specification before it is released.

Packing & dispatch

Bagged, big-bagged or bulk, with documentation for the destination market.

Capacity

What the site can make.

Plasticizers

60,000 MT / year

DOTP-led capacity serving Europe, the Middle East and Türkiye.

TPU

20,000 t target

Continuous polymerisation line, expanding towards the annual target.

Polyester polyols

Custom OH values

Adipate and bio-based routes, made to the customer's specification.

Add plant photography here — reactor hall, extrusion line, pellet handling, warehouse.

Control

Quality is a release gate, not a report.

Incoming

Feedstock sampled and released before use.

In-process

Reaction monitored against the modelled profile.

Batch release

Tested to the TDS before it can be shipped.

Retained samples

Kept for traceability and customer claims.
