The validated recipe moves onto the production line with the same analytical control plan.

Process water is captured, treated and returned to the utility loop instead of being drawn fresh.
Waste-heat recovery
Heat from the reactors is recovered and reused across the campus, cutting the energy drawn per ton of product. Figures for the annual saving are being consolidated for the sustainability report.
